I think the main difference is with the loan payments. I'm pretty sure that CircleLending will administer the loan payments (collections and remittance) for $9 per payment. They also charge a fee (around $200, I think) for documenting the loan.
LoanBack charges $14.95 to document the loan. We'll also give you free email reminders so payments don't get missed. However, you are responsible for making payments. I suggest setting up a recurring payment at your banks bill pay site since most banks offer free bill pay.
